Offenses

March 6
• Officers were dispatched to the area of Wooster Road in reference to a theft from a vehicle. A report was taken for documentation.
• An officer responded to West Gambier Street with Adult Probation to attempt to locate a male with an outstanding warrant. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Jonathan Dipadua who was under the influence of alcohol. Jonathan was placed under arrest for a probation violation warrant and transported to the Knox County Jail without incident.
• Units responded to the 300 block of Mitchell Avenue in reference to threats.

March 7
• Units from the Mount Vernon Police Department responded to the 900 block of West Vine in reference to an assault. No criminal charges were filed as a result of this incident. A report was taken for documentation purposes.
• Officers were called to Mulberry Street in reference to a subject refusing to leave. The subject was arrested and transported to jail. Nothing further at this time.
• Units responded to Five Point Drive Thru, located at 701 North Main Street, for a reported disturbance. Rebecca Jablonski was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

March 8
• An officer was dispatched to an apartment building on East Vine Street on a trespassing complaint.

March 9
• Units responded to the 1300 block of Coshocton Avenue in reference to an intoxicated individual.

March 10
• Officers worked a felony parole violation warrant on Columbus Road.

• Daniel L. Dennis was cited for loads dropping/leaking.
• Anita J. Cook was cited for failure to control/weaving course.
• Dona J. Shipman was cited for 25 mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.
• Philip A. Crunelle was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.
• Robert L. Morris was cited for operation at a stop sign and seat belts required-driver.
• Darian P. Decamp was cited for right of way when turning left.
• Edward Rodehaver was cited for child support suspension.

March 7
• Joseph D. Ball was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
• Brandy S. Orndorff was charged with obstructing official business, resisting arrest, and criminal trespassing.
• Rebecca A. Jablonski was charged with disorderly conduct.
• Bridgette Stachler was cited for 25 mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.

• Tyler C. Hollerman was cited for 25 mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.
• Brandon L. Waldron was cited for 25 mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.

• Jamie L. Allen was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
• Travis G. Miller was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
• Dustin W. Shook was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
• Karraghan Peters was cited for operator/chauffeur license required.
• Christine N. Burgess was cited for drive in marked/continuous lines.
• Marcy Rosio was cited for 25 mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.

• Jessica L. Castro was cited for failure to re-instate.
